The district police has shot a letter to the NTA requesting it to withhold the results of 25 candidates who took the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET), following revelations that they were in touch with the solvers’ gang busted in September 2021.
The Commissioner of Police,Varanasi has shared a detailed candidate profile for all 25 students who were under suspicion of having contacts with a solvers gang who might have helped them cheat in the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) exam 2021. However, as of now the investigation is underway and therefore National testing agency has been asked to withhold results for these 25 candidates.
